Â鶹ÊÓƵ hires Evangela Harris
Evangela Harris joins Â鶹ÊÓƵ as Assistant to the Registrar.
Harris, a Chowan alumna originally from San Bernardino, California, has called Hertford County home for eleven years. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in social science with a minor in criminal justice in May of this year.
Harris said, “This is the starting point of a new journey, that I humbly look forward to. I look forward to giving back to a university and community that has changed my life as well as my children's.”
As Assistant to the Registrar, Harris supports the Registrar, faculty, staff, and the student body. Harris assists with the collection, entry, maintenance, protection, and reporting of permanent student information.
