At the April 7th Board of Trustees meeting, the following faculty members were granted tenure, promoted with tenure, or promoted, effective June 1. Granted tenure and promoted to full professor:

• W. Thomas Collins (Sport Management)

Granted tenure and promoted to associate professor:

• Jennifer Place (Psychology)
• Mukta Bhandari (Mathematics)

Promoted to full professor:

• Heather McGuire (Biology)
• Gregory Taylor (History)
• Steve Harders (Communication and Drama)

In addition to Board action, Chris White, President, made the following appointments, effective June 1:

• Jill Awuni (Religion), promoted to assistant professor
• Tom Eisenmenger (Information Systems), promoted to assistant professor
