Anthony Rawlings, who graduated from Chowan in 2011 with a degree in Religion, shared his life’s journey with members of the Talon Club.

Pastor of Baptist Creeksville Church in Murfreesboro, Rawlings was the first in his family to attend college. Since then he has been elected to two terms on Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s Board of Trustees.

Rawlings told students that he could not have made it without determination, focus, and hard work. His key motivation was and is to set a positive example for his children to emulate in the future.
