Children鈥檚 Book Drive

Help spark a love of reading! The NC Campus Engagement/Book Club invites the Chowan community to participate in our Children鈥檚 Book Drive.

We are collecting NEW or GENTLY USED children鈥檚 books. Donations can be dropped off at the Hawks Nest during regular hours.

What to Donate:

Picture books, early readers, and chapter books that inspire curiosity and encourage kids to fall in love with reading.

Additional Drop/Collect Locations:

Hertford County Public Library (Winton)

Murfreesboro Public Library

Support foster children and families in Hertford County

Chowan student clubs and organizations are invited to join the Hertford County Department of Social Services鈥� annual Christmas Toy Drive.

How your club can help:

-Collect new, unwrapped toys

-Host a toy drop or fundraiser

-Spread the word across campus
