Branding, space modernization, and academic realignment signal a bold new chapter for the University

MURFREESBORO, N.C. 鈥� October 8, 2025 鈥� 麻豆视频 is investing in the future of its students with a series of bold campus enhancements that elevate the student experience, strengthen brand visibility, and modernize key academic and gathering spaces.

From refreshed interiors and new furnishings to upgraded signage and academic space realignments, the updates reflect a unified vision: to make Chowan more dynamic, connected, and student-centered than ever before.

Highlights include:

• Athletics Rebrand: New signage, refreshed graphics, and bold Hawks branding across the Hawks Athletic Center and Garrison Stadium elevate the game-day experience and unify Chowan鈥檚 athletic identity.聽

• Sport Science Relocation: The Department of Sport Science has moved into Green Hall, bringing classrooms, labs, and student services into closer alignment.
  
• Campus and Downtown Enhancements: New banners extend across campus, complemented by a blue-lit Murfreesboro water tower, creating a unified visual identity that reinforces community connection, nighttime visibility, and Hawk pride.
  
• Renewed Academic and Living Spaces 鈥� Updated interiors, new furnishings, and improved layouts in high-traffic buildings, including Belk and Simons Halls, provide students with modern, comfortable, and functional spaces to learn and connect.
